An Indian single malt distilled in Goa in copper-pot stills, aged in bourbon casks, and given a secondary finish in agave barrels. The nose shows honey, roasted agave, and soft spice, opening into caramel, toasted oak, citrus, and an earthy, vegetal sweetness. Medium-bodied and smooth, with an agave character that sets it apart from traditional malts. Works well neat or in cocktails.
