Cabernet Sauvignon

The grapes for this Estate Bottled wine come from El Peral Estate, where the growing season is long, dry, and warm. The wine is fermented in small steel tanks, then undergoes malolactic fermentation in oak barrels for 12 months and is bottled with minimum filtration. The wine has notes of blackberries and jammy fruit flavors with touches of cassis, chocolate, and tobacco.

CARMENERE

The grapes for this Estate Bottled wine come from Batuco Estate, where cooler temperatures give the wine its blueberry notes, and on a Las Tizas Estate, where warmer temperatures add jammier profile, the grapes are aged for 12 months in oak barrels. The wine has the complex nose of prunes, ground pepper, and dried leaves. It has smooth creamy mouthfeel with rich flavors of blueberries, chocolate, and spice.

pinot noir

The grapes for this Estate Bottled wine come from Batuco Estate in the coastal mountains of Maule where sea breezes keep temperatures moderate during the entire growing season. The hand-picked grapes were fermented in small open-topped tanks and manually punched down during fermentation, and then aged in oak barrels for 12 months. The wine has the nose of dried fruit and squashed cherries and flavors of leather, prunes, and blueberries overlaid on soft oak notes.
